Hi! I’m Rana — fantasy writer, romance dabbler, cookie enthusiast, and caffeine-powered wordsmith.

I grew up in Mississauga, moved to California, and now call Indiana home (where the weather is just as confused as my characters sometimes are). I studied English Literature, which is a fancy way of saying I read a lot and called it homework.

I mostly write Fantasy worlds filled with magic, mischief, and more than a few dragons, but lately I’ve been wandering into the world of Romance (with or without the dragons — still deciding). My writing is driven by a deep love for storytelling and an inability to walk past a bookstore without going in "just to browse." That and coffee.

When I’m not writing, you’ll probably find me wrangling my toddler and my husband(LOL), losing graciously at board games, or adding things to my amazon cart that I know I'll never buy.
